Assault - 30XX EAST BIDDLE STREET, BALTIMORE, MD

04/24/2012. Baltimore Police say a mother stabbed her 8-month-old child with a kitchen knife this morning around 10a.m. inside a social services office in the 3000-block of E. Biddle Street. Police say the woman was having a visitation with the baby, when she became irate and pulled out a knife. The child was transported to Johns Hopkins Pediatrics with stab wounds to the neck and chest.
