Arrest on 300 BLOCK OF N. MARKET STREET, FREDERICK, MD

Arrest - 3XX N. MARKET STREET, FREDERICK, MD

04/06/2012 03:06 PM. On 04/06/2012 at approximately 1506 hours Officer Deborah Trapp and Officer Bobby Brown were working a plain clothes assignment. They were dispatched to the 300 block of N. Market Street for a pan handling complaint. In the area of the complaint they parked and observed 3 men sitting on steps, the men matched the description of the pan handlers. As a subject walked by the suspects the officers observed one of the males talk to the subject and then the subject give the male money. The subject was approached by the officers and he advised that the suspect asked for money and he gave him some change. The suspect was identified as Steven Stone was arrested for: did accost and beg from a person in a public place/pan handling. Arrestee: Steven Ray Stone 11-26-1961 100 Block S.
