On june 14, 1986, phillip pickerill, age 32, was found on the dirt extension of toll road, south of reno, nevada. The victim had been partially buried and was found after rains unearthed his remains. The victim had flown to reno and was celebrating his birthday. He was last seen alive after picking up a money wire at the western union offices on sierra street in reno, nevada, on march 21, 1986.Agency
