A 23-year-old man died from his injuries this morning after being shot in the head last night in Northwest Baltimore, city police said. Shortly before midnight, Baltimore police officers found the victim -- a 23-year-old -- suffering from gunshot wounds on the street in the 3100 block of Virginia Ave., near Delaware Avenue, police said. Paramedics took the man to nearby Sinai Hospital, where he died about 2:30 a.m. today, police said.
